Pre construction Planning
We provide Design And Build services for a wide range of consumer spaces that include residential projects, condominiums, linked landed residences, and luxury bungalows as well as commercial units such as offices, restaurants, retail outlets and more.
Building Plan Submission
Building Plan Submission usually applies to application for approval from respective municipal councils or building authorities mainly for construction or renovation works on commercial buildings, schools, shops, offices, factories, and houses.
Application for new buildings and alterations or changes that affect the structure of an existing building must undergo the City's (Planning) Development Management Department for approval before commencement of construction works.

Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project as well as to oversee and coordinate schedule and budget during implementation of works.
Institution
In our aim to ensure environmental sustainability, during our preliminary design stage, spaces are planned with energy efficiency, ventilation and lighting in mind right through to waste management. Our design team is trained to evaluate and select materials are eco-friendly.
We advocate our suppliers to embrace and maintain environment-friendly practices in their manufacturing process and operations in order to conserve our environment.

ABOUT
Chiang Meng Construction Sdn. Bhd. was established in 1993 and has been active in the construction industry since. Our expertise comprise of government housing projects, architecture, interior design and renovation works. We work closely with our panel of professionally-trained consultants and designers to render top-notch services and ensure quality outcomes for our customers.
Chiang Meng Construction Sdn. Bhd is distinguished by integrity, trust, teamwork, quality and years of hands-on building experience. Our firm is certified by ISO 9001 : 2000 and is also registered with the Construction Industry Development Board of Malaysia (CIDB). Providing excellent services with respect to budget, time and functionality is our top priority.
The firm maintains a strong foundation of trust and mutual respect with clients, architects, engineers, lawyers, subcontractors, suppliers as well as local authorities. Our firm works closely with our subsidiary and design powerhouse, CM Design Studio Sdn. Bhd. for interior design and architectural services.
Chiang Meng
Managing Director
The founder of Chiang Meng Construction Sdn Bhd. He started his profession in the construction industry in 1989 and later founded the company in 1993.
He has more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry notably in the handling of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Felicia Lok
Creative Director
Dip. Interior Architecture
In year 2006, Felicia graduated and began her career as a junior designer at a professional design firm and subsequently transferred to their foreign branch in Kazakhstan where she focused on the design of high-end residential, commercial, corporate and hospitality properties.
Upon returning to Malaysia, she joined Chiang Meng Construction Sdn Bhd in 2008 and formed the Interior Design Department to further develop and expand the company’s growth and expertise.

Kin Fhai
Executive Director
Kin Fhai is responsible for architectural
design as well as marketing in
Chiang Meng Construction Sdn Bhd. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design, (B.EnvD.) from the University of Tasmania, Australia.
Kin Fhai has more than 16 years of experience in handling and managing design and build projects. In 2009, he founded CM Design Studio Sdn. Bhd. - a subsidiary of Chiang Meng Construction Sdn. Bhd. focusing on architectural and interior design projects.
Wan Yee
Executive Director
Wan Yee graduated in 2011 and holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Majoring in Human Resource and Management - Bsc(Hons) - United Kingdom from Inti International University.
She began her career as a Human Resource consultant and research associate at Hunters I Sdn Bhd from 2011 to 2014. Wan Yee then joined Chiang Meng Construction Sdn Bhd in 2015 and she is responsible for all HR processes and procedures, as well as the management of administrative affairs where she maintains high effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
Kin Man
Project Director
Kin Man is responsible for civil and structural design, and management of works in Chiang Meng Construction Sdn Bhd. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, (B.EnvD.) from the KLIUC, Kuala Lumpur Infrastructure University College in Malaysia.
Practiced in an engineering consultant firm from 2007 - 2010 (SpringHill, Port Dickson) , he later joined Chiang Meng Construction Sdn Bhd in 2011. He then founded CM Hardware Sdn Bhd. (a subsidiary of Chiang Meng Construction Sdn. Bhd.) in 2014 as an entity focusing on the supply of building materials, transportation and machineries.
